Lakeland Views Collection

One cannot help but be captivated by the ever-changing hues of the landscape, as the soft morning mists envelop the craggy fells and the golden glow of sunset casts a warm embrace over the tranquil waters. Each season unveils its own unique palette, from the vibrant blooms of spring to the fiery foliage of autumn, painting the scenery with an enchanting array of colours.

I have been visiting the Lake District for many years, and wherever I approach the region my spirit starts to lift. This is the inspiration behind this collection of digital paintings. I started with some of my favourite photographs I’ve taken of the region created digital paintings of them. They are each created in a digital painting program on my Microsoft Surface. I was trying to capture the colour and beauty of the area in a way that helps me to share my love of the region with you. My hope is that you will love the collection as much as I do.
